Restore Health & Fitness is sponsoring SUFC in 2023!

The members and committee of SUFC are thrilled to announce Restore Health & Fitness as a sponsor in 2023. 

Restore Health & Fitness is situated in Rolling Meadows and has been operating for over 10 years running personal training, rehabilitation exercise and small group exercise sessions. They have recently added deep tissue massage, Bowen Therapy, McLaughlin Scar Tissue Release and neurocentric training to their programs. 

Restore is also a registered Worksafe provider for Remedial Exercise and have experience with injuries including Frozen Shoulder, chronic knee and back pain, balance issues and Parkinson's disease.
